Thanks Domino’s, Susan Boyle and Patti Lupone, and Pepsi Promotion

It’s been quite some time since you’ve been updated as to the happenings around here at the Supercool Creative office. We’ve been keeping busy with our minds scattered all over the place (no guns were involved) – we may have a web-series coming soon! We discussed that today, as for the other updates I’ll work backwards:
We’ve been in talks of expanding and the details are being hashed out. I’ll elaborate more so for the next segment of The Haps when more actions have taken place. In preparation of our plans to expand we’ve been interviewing for an intern or two. This turned out to be a little tougher than expected because we liked all the candidates that came in. Hopefully we’ll make a decision soon, but if you’re interested in working with Supercool Creative feel free to email your cover letter, resume, and whatever else you think we should factor into our consideration to Supercool@Supercoolcreative.com” title=”mailto:Supercool@Supercoolcreative.com”>Supercool@Supercoolcreative.com“>Supercool@Supercoolcreative.com”>Supercool@Supercoolcreative.com – because when the summer hits we may need more (wo)man-power.
We were fortunate enough to attend the L.A. Games Conference (LAGC) last week courtesy of an associate. It was a cool two-day event with a lot of great speakers – the founder of Atari, Chuck E. Cheese and uWink, Nolan Bushnell for one. Matt and I were able to get some footage while there, so hopefully we can get a video up on this blog at some point – it’s pretty entertaining. The LAGC were so inspirational Supercool Creative may release a game of our own titled “Field” – the details are still hush hush, but I think it’s safe to say it’s FTW!
This blog has hit some amazing highs as far as visitors go (by our standards anyhow) thanks to the disgusting Domino’s incident, Susan Boyle and Patti LuPone, Pepsi’s promotion gone bad and Matt’s social media prowess along with SEO optimization. If you Google any of these terms either this blog or one of our video postings show up on the first or second page (mostly first because I don’t play that second fiddle bull…):
In case you haven’t noticed I started a weekly feature called ‘Net News Roundup which is basically me collecting news articles pertaining to social media and online advertising and conveniently compiling them into a blog post every Friday so you can read them leisurely over your weekend, because I know you’re a busy person and you just don’t have time to scour every web 2.0 news site to stay up to date on the industry. I’ve taken the liberty to provide you this service free of charge because our readers here deserve nothin’ but the best (it wouldn’t kill you to drop a Tomment though)!
Not only can you follow this blog on Twitter @gettingspotted, but now you can also follow our Campaign Strategist Matt @schapirate and Creative Director Dave @DavidMurdico.
That’s all the news I can recall at this hour. We have a lot of exciting things on the horizon, so be sure to come back.

Her voice is certainly exceptional and admirable. I too wish to have a voice like hers, but you know, a little more man-ish.

Susan Boyle has a good singing voice but it is not only the voice that counts if you want to win a singing contest.
